ONLINE BOOKING IS ENCOURAGED

This convenient platform frees our hands and time to focus on what truly matters, YOU!  no more playing phone tag or waiting hours for a text reply. Just few simple clicks and you are one step closer to reaching your self-care goals.

Credit card information is required at booking. However the card is not charged at this time, It is held for cancelation purposes.

LATE CANCELATION

24 hour advance notice is required or 50% of service price will be charged to the card on file and we may refuse to serve you in the future.

LATE ARRIVAL/NO SHOW

Clients that arrive 10-15 minutes late should be expect an abbreviated service. Clients that arrive more than 25 minutes late maybe asked reschedule and a late cancelation fee of 50% of service. And no show clients will be charged full price to the card on file.

 

NO REFUNDS

Your satisfaction is our top priority, however we have a strict no refund policy for services rendered. In the event you are not pleased with your service we ask that you notify us within 24 hours to schedule a correction.

all correction should be  performed within one week of initial appointment or you'll be charged full price for the service. 

NO REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN FOR HAIR PURCHASED.
